KIM SHOFF - President / Owner of Miller Insurance Associates, Inc. since May of 2006.
Kim has been with the agency since 1982. She started her career with the agency as the receptionist and worked her way up to Vice-President in June 1997. She purchased the agency, when the founder, Gene Miller, passed away suddenly in December of 2005. She knows that the extensive knowledge and training that she received from Mr. Miller will enable her to continue on the professional and successful path that the agency has been on since its inception in 1978. Kim is married, has 3 children and is a lifetime resident of Newville.

LORI CHAMBERLIN - Claims Manager, CSR and Sales Associate
with Miller Insurance Associates since 1995.She has been in the insurance business since 1982. Lori personally reports and follows the progress of each claim and makes sure that the customer is getting the best possible service from our many carriers. Claim time can be stressful for our clients and our goal is to put them at ease and reassure them that we are there for them. Lori also sells and provides customer service on the Personal Lines side.

BELINDA PUNIHAOLE - CSR and Sales Associate
She has been in the insurance business since 1992. Having been a military wife she moved a lot and first joined Miller Insurance Associates, Inc. in 2003 and then again in 2011. Here she helps our clients with all their personal lines insurance needs. She sells new insurance and services existing policies. She now resides in Carlisle and has two sons.
