  KIM SHOFF - President / Owner of Miller Insurance Associates, Inc. since May of 2006.  
  Kim has been with the agency since 1982. She started her career with the agency as the receptionist and worked her way up to Vice-President in June 1997. She purchased the agency, when the founder, Gene Miller, passed away suddenly in December of 2005. She knows that the extensive knowledge and training that she received from Mr. Miller will enable her to continue on the professional and successful path that the agency has been on since its inception in 1978. Kim is married, has 3 children and is a lifetime resident of Newville.

  LORI CHAMBERLIN - Claims Manager, CSR and Sales Associate with Miller Insurance Associates since 1995.  
  She has been in the insurance business since 1982. Lori personally reports and follows the progress of each claim and makes sure that the customer is getting the best possible service from our many carriers. Claim time can be stressful for our clients and our goal is to put them at ease and reassure them that we are there for them. Lori also sells and provides customer service on the Personal Lines side.

  ALLISON SHOFF - Sales Associate joined Miller Insurance Associates in May of 2006.  
  Allison has been a part of Miller Insurance Associates team since May 2006. She started as the receptionist and is now a licensed agent and customer service rep. She is also the daughter of the owner, Kim Shoff. Allison sells insurance to new clients as well as servicing existing clients. She works primarily with Personal Lines clients, but will be expanding into Commercial Lines.

  THOMAS LANE - Sales Associate joined Miller Insurance Associates in September of 2006.  
  Tom heads up the Health Insurance division of the agency and has prior experience. He specializes in Health, Life & Disability Insurance for Groups, Individuals and Medicare eligible beneficiaries. He also has expertise in the HSA and HRA Tax preferred plans, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plans. Tom resides in York, PA and is married and has 2 children.

  Ruth Ann Wenrich - CISR, CPIW, Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative joined Miller Insurance Associates in April of 2008.  
  Ruth Ann began her career in the insurance industry in 1985 as a Customer Service Representative at a local insurance agency servicing the Carlisle community. More recently she was a Broker for a nationwide wholesale insurance brokerage group where she secured markets for hard to place commercial insurance risks throughout PA and the east coast. Ruth Ann takes pride in providing prompt, individualized risk solutions for her clients. She and her husband reside in Carlisle.

  SUSAN BARNO - Receptionist with Miller Insurance Associates.  
  Susan, while new to the insurance industry, brings years of experience working with clients, families and community programs. Susan is the receptionist at Miller Insurance Associates. She is a former teacher and the spouse of a retired career military officer. After 22 moves, Susan now resides in Carlisle. She and her husband have 3 children.

A Tribute To Gene Miller

Gene Miller started his own independent agency (later named Miller Insurance Associates, Inc.) in 1978 after returning to the Carlisle area. Prior to his return to Carlisle, he was a state manager for the Federal Kemper Insurance Companies in Ohio.

Gene was a 1961 graduate of Carlisle High School and a 1965 graduate of Penn State University. He was a respected pillar of the community and was looked upon as a successful and caring businessman. He will be greatly missed by all of those who knew him.
